Rooms were good and need some perfume inside room and there was some bad smell.

The staff at reception need to be quick and active. I didn't like the way of charging 150SR advance which I have never seen.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Checking in & out was easy & smooth. In-room dining food was good.

1. Wifi was very bad. It is there with full signal, but most of the times you cannot get connected (cannot obtain IP Address) - on both my phone and two laptops, so all devices struggled with connecting. In the three days I've stayed there I only managed to connect twice. Very frustrating. I gave up in the end and just used my own data. A big negative for the facility 2. Only 1 Enlish channel on the TV (BBC). Would have liked if there was at least one English movie channel, like MBC 2 and/or MBC Action 3. There is nice working desk & chair in the room, but no power outlet close to that to plug on your laptop!

Not co.operative or flexible..requested. To pack breakfast as I checked out at 6Am and breakfast starts at 6.30.didnkt accept my request .I travel to many places..this is first experience where they refused to pack breakfast....

it was good.

we booked a big room for a family with two kids but we were given a small room with queen size bed.

there was no lift so hard to go upstairs with bags n kids.

An excellent and comfortable place with beautiful ambiance

Everything was just perfect - it was calm clean and a beautiful lobby entrance. The location is on the main road and very easy to find - and there is enough parking at the front. There was some conflict of payment at the time of check-in as I had paid in advance - but it was resolved and took a little bit of extra time. The staff Mr. Khalid was very helpful and kind in behavior , and carried all our luggage through the stairs as the elevators were out of order. The bedding were clean - the washroom was super clean - with all the supplies.

The pillows were a bit hard , they should provide both soft and hard pillows The breakfast was good - but could have been better

Looks like a good or star rated hotel with big lobby area...

Looks like a good or star rated hotel with big lobby area and a lot of employees, in fact it’s more like a home owned hotel without good reception and service.

The image or feelings that receptionist Rakan or Abdulaziz showed more like customers worth nothing, it’s very bad impression you received when you find somewhere to relax. Breakfast included but it’s very cheap and very less options, still better than nothing. And the hotel itself is very old includes all the furniture and bathroom.

It is not what you expect from the photo. The swimming pool was dirty. They have not provided enough basic hotel room needs such as enough towel, soap and others.

personal care stuff stuff is very poor , there was no soap in the bathroom and shower gel and shampoo seems like filled manually , there is no room service my college ask for mineral water they said it is not available , there was no hot dishes in the breakfast buffet
